Project Detail
The effective fertilizers and fertilization methods have become the sole solution for the constantly growing demand in the world for different agricultural/horticultural production. Modern agriculture needs to supply the plants with optimal quantities of nutrients during the whole vegetation process in the most efficient way possible, without harming the soil and water. \
Water solubles are high quality, 100 % water soluble mineral fertilizers with different application methods:
Hydroponics: it is a method for cultivation primarily used for vegetables and flowers, where the plants are planted in a thin organic layer which is put on a grid, submersed in a solution base. The roots of the plant penetrate through the layer reaching the specially prepared solution in order to feed the plant. Depending on the type of the plant, the solution is being prepared according to a specific recipe containing all the needed nutrient elements. The content of the solution is being constantly monitored, in order to control and modify the doses for an efficient nutrition for an optimal development of the plant.
Advantages:
- The plant always is being supplied with the necessary nutrients
- The roots of the plant never face any problems regarding drying or the lack of oxygen
- Low water consumption
- Lack of problems due to under/over fertilization
- Lack of soil diseases and pests
- Lack of soil
Fertigation is a cultivation method where the plant consumes the required water and nutrients simultaneously, achieving optimized fertilization as well as efficient cost management in terms of water, fertilizers and physical labor. During fertigation, water soluble fertilizers are mixed with the water used for irrigation, in order to improve the productivity of each single crop. This method is highly efficient, allowing the producer to precisely control the proper nutrition and irrigation.
