Potassium Sulfate (K₂SO₄)

51.5% Potassium (K₂O), 47% Sulfur (SO₃)

Potassium sulfate is a fully watersoluble fertilizer with potassium and sulfur in sulfate form. It contains 51.5% potassium (as K2O) and 47% sulfur (as SO3). It can be applied to a wide variety of crops in greenhouse and field production. Source of potassium without nitrogen. Potassium increases the resistance of plants to stress. Sulfur increases plant resistance to adverse weather conditions. Sulfur deficiency stunts growth. Sulfur also improves nutrient uptake.

  • Dissolves quickly and completely, leaving no residue
  • The lower pH of the solution improves the availability of phosphorus, iron and other trace elements to the plant, and helps prevent nozzle clogging
  • Contains no nitrogen which makes it an optimal source of potassium while maintaining a high K/N ratio, which is especially important before harvesting vegetables or during fruit ripening
  • Extremely low salt index
  • Improves yield and crop quality
  • Increases crop resistance to damage during transport and storage
  • Virtually chloride and nitrate free
  • Helps increase crop resistance to stress

Potassium sulfate can be applied by drip irrigation, microspray, area irrigation or pivot system. For more specific aspects of application or dose rates, please refer to our team of agronomists.

Compatible with most fertilizers except those containing calcium.
