Ammonium Sulphate Nitrate and Magnesium (ASN+MgO)

ASN+MgO is an innovative granular mineral fertilizer that provides all crops with the necessary amount of nitrogen and sulphur. Nitrogen is available in two forms – ammonium and nitrate, while sulphur is available as sulphate. The product is characterized by excellent physical and chemical characteristics allowing long storage and easy application on all types of crops and soils. ASN+MgO is a particularly suitable nitrogen-sulphur fertilizer for acid soils due to the ability of magnesium oxide to neutralize soil acidity, resulting in better uptake of nitrogen and sulphur.

  • Neutral pH suitable for acid, neutral and alkaline soils
  • Nitrogen in two forms with a predominant concentration of ammonium nitrogen in combination with sulphur in sulphate form
  • The ammonium form of nitrogen increases phosphorus uptake by roots compared to nitrate and has a chelating effect on soil available P, K, Zn, Mn, Cu and Fe
  • Ammonium nitrogen is less mobile => less loss of active substance by washing
  • Ammonium nitrogen promotes better synthesis of cytokinins, which help cell division, which contributes to better development of more root hairs and a strong root system
  • Increases germination energy, yield and production quality
  • The combination of ammonium nitrogen and sulphur increases protein, sugars and dry matter content
  • Helps increase the fat content of oilseed plants
