Calcium Ammonium Nitrate + Sulphur (CAN+S)
To meet the ever-increasing demand for sulfur worldwide, this product was developed for crops with increased sulfur needs (wheat, canola, sunflower) by adding sulfur to the standard CAN formulation. Calcium, in turn, is essential for the normal development of the root system. Due to the ability of calcium to absorb water, the drought stress resistance of plants is increased and the possibility of a more complete absorption of nutrients from the soil is enhanced. The presence of calcium sulphate also significantly improves the physical characteristics of the product by improving the hardness and bulk density of the granules and reducing the clumping ability of the granules.
