NitroTec® 46 Plus

Urea Treated with Limus® from BASF

NitroTec® 46 Plus is urea enhanced with the dual urease inhibitor Limus® = NBPT + NPPT from BASF. This powerful inhibitor combination synergistically blocks more urease enzymes, crucial for converting urea into ammonia and carbon dioxide. As a result, NitroTec® 46 Plus delivers essential nitrogen to plants while minimizing volatilization losses. The nitrogen provided remains available in the soil for an extended period, promoting improved efficiency and yielding 10-12% higher crop yields compared to conventional urea.
