Urea treated with Vibelsol® from BASF

NitroTec® 46 Max is urea treated with the nitrification inhibitor Vibelsol® (DMPP) from BASF. It provides plants with nitrogen in the ammonium form for 8 to 12 weeks, depending on soil moisture and temperature conditions. The nitrification inhibitor helps reduce nitrate leaching and decreases emissions of nitrous oxide (a greenhouse gas, also known as N₂O) into the atmosphere by 73%. This product is recommended for irrigated crops with extended growing seasons, ensuring consistent nitrogen supply throughout the cycle.
